OVER 200 players from around the world are expected to take part in the 61st Indian Club Open Tennis Championships to be held from November 13 to December 4 at the club's tennis courts.
The tournament, which is being sponsored by Bahrain Financing Company, is set to hold competition in eight categories - Super Singles, Men's Singles, Men's Doubles, Ladies Singles, Mixed Doubles, Veteran Men's Singles, Veteran Men's Doubles and Under-18 Boys Singles.
The three-week event, which was first held in 1948, is expected to attract a cumulative audience of over 5,000 people during its course.
Registration for the championship is open. Entry forms are available at the club's reception and entries close at 7pm on Monday.
